  1. Please review list of activities to avoid duplications.
    2.  Will need your own tables/chairs, and/or pop-up tent and tent weights. 

The event site does not allow staking of tents.
3. Booths will be assigned to each club/organization in the order received

What type of activity is planned?

We need to have a desciption of the activity you will provide, such as: bean bag toss, bead crafting, etc. Multiples of same activities are discouraged and we will notify you to make a change. We need to ensure a variety of activities for these kids.
